Private and group opportunities for people of all ages to feel heard, validated, and supported in a safe, judgment-free space—meeting you exactly where you are in your grief and loss journey. Grief isn’t limited to the loss of a loved one. It can arise from death, separation, divorce, life transitions, or pivotal moments—whether joyful, challenging, or unexpected. No matter the source, grief deserves recognition, understanding, and care.

As a Certified Grief Educator, I am committed to providing compassionate, personalized support to help navigate emotions, process loss, and find resilience. Sessions are available virtually or by phone for one-on-one grief support.

Adult Grief Support Options

 

🌿 Single Session – $100

A one-hour standalone session for compassionate, personalized support. Each session includes:
✅ Deep Listening & Emotional Support – A safe, nonjudgmental space to process grief.
✅ Practical Tools & Resources – Reflection exercises and coping strategies.

🌿 3-Session Support Package – $225 (Save 25%)

For those seeking ongoing guidance and deeper healing. Includes:
✅ Three one-hour personalized sessions – A structured, supportive journey through grief.
✅ Customized Grief Exploration – Tailored discussions, journaling prompts, and reflective work.
✅ Additional Support & Guidance – Between-session check-ins via email or text.
✅ Personalized Resources – Readings, exercises, or meditations based on your needs.
✅ Legacy & Meaning-Making Work (Optional) – Explore ways to honor your loved one’s memory.

Child Grief Support Options

​

🌿 Single Session (30 minutes) – $60

A non-clinical, non-therapeutic space designed to help children process grief in an age-appropriate and supportive way. This offering is ideal for children navigating loss, big life changes, or emotional overwhelm. Sessions are available virtually or in person (if local). Each personalized session may include:
✅ Gentle Conversations – Encouraging children to express feelings in a way that feels safe for them.
✅ Creative Expression – Games, drawing, storytelling, or journaling as tools for processing emotions.
✅Mindfulness & Coping Tools – Simple techniques like deep breathing, grounding exercises, or movement.
✅ Reassurance & Validation – Helping children understand that all emotions are normal and okay.

🌿 3-Session Support Package – $144 (Save 20%)

For children who may benefit from ongoing support, this package includes three personalized 30-minute sessions, allowing for deeper exploration, comfort, and skill-building over time. Each session includes:

✅ Everything Included in the Single Session – Gentle conversations, creative expression, mindfulness tools, and reassurance.
✅ A Child-Led Approach – Sessions evolve based on the child’s comfort level and needs.
✅ Caregiver Follow-Up – After each session, caregivers receive a summary with:

  • Key themes from the session.

  • Supportive tools and activities to reinforce healing at home.

  • Gentle ways to continue the conversation in a meaningful way.

🔹If you’re looking for deeper, ongoing support with resources and check-ins, the package provides more guidance and structured healing.

Sliding Scale & Accessibility

A limited number of reduced-rate sessions are available for those facing financial hardship. Please reach out to discuss options.

SADOD provides resources, information, and assistance to people throughout Massachusetts who have been affected by the death of someone they care about from a substance-use-related cause. The focus is on increasing the capacity and effectiveness of peer grief support for bereaved people, frontline care providers, and people in recovery or struggling with drug use.
